Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies say the arrest of an Angelica woman charged with identity theft is connected to several burglaries that happened around Conesus Lake.
Sheriff’s Deputies say 26-year-old Ashley Coen is charged with identity theft and criminal possession of a stolen vehicle.
News10NBC is told Coen used a stolen credit/debit card at a gas station in the town of Avon, where money was taken from an ATM. The Sheriff’s Office says the same card had been reported stolen by a Geneseo resident.
Coen was arraigned in Avon Town Court and is being held in Livingston County Jail on $1,500 cash bail. She will return to court for a felony hearing on February 19.
Again, sheriff’s deputies say this arrest is connection with several burglaries that occurred around Conesus Lake. News10NBC is told Jarrad King has been arrested on a related charge and is also being held at the Livingston County Jail.
The Sheriff’s Office is working with deputies in Florida to locate a third suspect, Jeremy King, who they say fled the area.
