The athletes aren't the only ones going for the gold when it comes to the Sochi Winter Olympics. Online sellers are also working to cash in on memorabilia from the games.

The sweaters worn by Team USA at the opening ceremonies are going for big bucks on eBay. The sweaters originally sold for $595 dollars. Right now, there's about two dozen listings, priced anywhere from $700 dollars to $3,000.

They are pretty rare. Designer Ralph Lauren released just 324 of the limited edition sweaters two weeks before the games started.
