Testimony will began Wednesday in the trial for a Rochester woman accused of threatening President Obama.

Jury selection and opening statements were held Tuesday in the trial of Christine Wright Darrisaw. Secret Service agents say Darrisaw called the White House back in 2012 and told the operator she was going to kill the President if he did not take action against the country’s current child custody laws.

If convicted, she faces up to five years in prison and $250,000 fine.
