You may see a major price jump when you go to the grocery store next month.

Analysts say the price of milk could go up by a full 60-cents in March, reaching a record high.

Why the price hike? Experts say blame cheese. Increased demand in January boosted cheese prices to a new peak in January, passing on a milk demand over the next two months.

Experts say that smaller herds may also have an impact on the shortage. Some herds are smaller because feed is so expensive.
