Events to watch during Day 14 of the Sochi games

The United States men’s hockey team has become an Olympic gold medal favorite following a strong showing in the preliminaries. Today, the U.S. and the Czech Republic play for a spot in the semifinals. (Game starts at 12 p.m.; click here to stream it live)

Other events to watch tonight:
- Bode Miller returns to the mountain after that emotional bronze medal. He will go for medal seven in the giant slalom.
- The U.S. women are in great position after two heats to medal in the bobsled. The final two heats are tonight.
- The women take to the ice for figure skating short program.
