A federal grand jury has indicted a city of Rochester worker who police say was recently caught with more than 50 pounds of cocaine.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says Christopher Kendrick was indicted on a charge of possession with intent to distribute five kilograms of cocaine or more. If convicted on this charge, Kendrick could face a maximum penalty of life in prison and $10 million fine.
Right now, he's being held without bail. At the time of his arrest, Kendrick was employed by the city's department of environmental services. News10NBC is checking on his current status of employment and will continue to follow this case.
