Some second graders in the Greece School District are taking a high-tech approach to learning. Senator Joe Robach will join Greece superintendent Barbara Deane-Williams to unveil 30 news iPads that will be used at Autumn Lane Elementary School. There will be a press conference Monday at 12:30 p.m.

The iPads will be used as a way for second graders at the school to learn about the presidents. The program is part of a  $50,000 grant secured by Senator Robach back in 2012. The iPads have since been used at other elementary schools in the district.  Superintendent Deane-Williams says it's the first step in making sure students are able to meet the districts technology standards, as well as preparing them to take New York State assessment tests electronically.
