It’s a $140 million project to redevelop a part of Canandaigua Lake. The Canandaigua City School Board will vote Thursday night on their portion of the pilot in lieu of taxes agreement for that project.

The development will be at the north end of the lake. The old Steamboat Landing restaurant was demolished earlier this week.

The project will include both residential and commercial development along the north end of the lake. News10NBC will be at the school board meeting and bring you updates tonight on News10NBC at 11.
