News10NBC has learned new information about one of the people arrested in connection with a triple homicide. Right now, no one is facing murder charges, but Rochester Police say a weapon found during a raid Friday night on Clifford Avenue has been ballistically linked to murders of two mothers and a man.

Six people are charged with criminal possession of a weapon and drug charges. Police say they found 80 pounds of marijuana in the raid.

News10NBC has new information about Carlos White, who has a criminal past. Right now, Carlos White is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail and that's because of his criminal past.

News10NBC looked deeper into his background. He served time in prison, not once, but twice. In 1997, he was sentenced to a year for attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance. In 2002, he was sentenced to six to 12 years for criminal possession of a controlled substance.

News10NBC got a hold of White’s parole hearing transcript from 2006. In the transcript, the parole board asks White if they let him out, what would be different, how do they know he wouldn't just fall back into hanging out with the "wrong crowd."

White responds, “I am a grown man. I have grown since I have been in prison and I have been in prison and I have five kids. My kids need me. I have no time to do the things that I used to do no more that is not me no more.”

But News10NBC learned that police say White violated the terms of his parole three times.

In court paperwork from Friday's arrest, police say White admitted to selling marijuana for years to support his family. News10NBC learned that Carlos White also goes by the name “BigDon Carlos” and is a street rapper. A poster was passed out around the Clifford Avenue neighborhood promoting a birthday party on May 16 at Captain’s Attic. The owner of the bar says White did not have anything booked for May. They say they have never heard of Carlos White or "BigDon Carlos”.

Again, White and the other people arrested are not charged with killing the victims of the Chili Avenue homicides.

News10NBC also confirmed police found a Blackberry during Friday’s raid which police say had pictures of some of the suspects holding the murder weapon.
