A former security guard is behind bars after Wayne County Sheriff's Deputies say he threatened to bomb a factory in Palmyra.

Sheriff's Deputies say 42-year-old Donald Mosher of Manchester called the Garlocks Corporation Saturday night and threatened to blow it up. Deputies say Mosher is a former security guard of the sealing and packaging factory.

Investigators say employees were evacuated and bomb sniffing dogs were brought in, but nothing suspicious was found. Investigators say Mosher made another threat Wednesday, just moments before he was arrested.

Mosher is charged with making a false report.
