800 bags of heroin seized in Livingston County, four men arrested

Almost 800 bags of heroin taken off the streets, thanks to investigations in Livingston County.  

Sheriff's deputies estimate the street value of the drugs to be well over $10,000. Officials say four men are behind bars on drug charges after three different investigation.

Jacob Karl-Lebrenz and Michael Kelley, both from Olean, were found with drugs in their car after a traffic stop on 390 in Avon. Investigators say they admitted the 140 bags of heroin were purchased in Rochester.      

Also, sheriff's deputies found 290 bags of heroin in Joseph Anderson's car in a separate traffic stop. Sheriff's deputies say more than 350 bags of heroin were found inside Jose Bell's home in Mount Morris.
