Rochester man indicted on murder charges

A Rochester man has been indicted on murder charges after police say he shot and killed a man who was sitting inside his car last month.

A Monroe County Grand Jury indicted 24-year-old Jose Rosario on second-degree murder charges. Police say Rosario shot and killed 33-year-old Jorge King-Hernandez while he was stopped at a red light at Upper Falls Boulevard and Hudson Avenue on February 6.

Rosario is currently in the Monroe County Jail without bail. His arraignment has not yet been scheduled.
