Approximately one in five flights leaving Greater Rochester International Airport in 2013 was delayed, the highest percentage among major upstate New York airports, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Transportation. The story from our news partners at the Rochester Business Journal.
Rochester's percentage also exceeded the 2013 national average of 19.3 percent.
Delayed passengers at Syracuse's Hancock International Airport, however, had more time to kill before departure-73 minutes, on average-than those delayed at other upstate airports.
