News10NBC caught up with teens as they were arriving at the School of the Arts. Many felt they should have stayed home Thursday. One student said his father drove him to school so he didn’t have to walk.

Jamar Hills, School of the Arts student, said, “Cars were slipping because there is like a layer of ice underneath the snow and there were accidents too. We shouldn't be out in this weather.”
