Created: 03/17/2014 6:27 PM WHEC.com

It’s Saint Patrick’s Day. The Irish spirit is alive and well at Carroll’s Bar and Restaurant on East Main Street.

People were decked out in green, white and orange, the colors of the Irish flag. News10NBC talked to one man there who says he's been going to Carroll's for years with his friends.

John Champlin, Rochester resident, said, "Every year, we come back, we get more people. Just great food, great drinks, just a perfect time, you have all day to just enjoy yourself.”

Carroll’s is open until 2:00 a.m.
