Three people taken to Strong Hospital after car flips on Locust Street

Three people, including a child, were taken to the hospital after their car went into a snowbank and flipped on Locust Street in the city of Rochester.

The accident happened just before 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Rochester Police say a 58-year-old driver was backing down the street when she backed into a snow bank, causing the vehicle to flip. Both the driver and passenger had to be removed from the vehicle.

The driver and her 29-year-old and 7-year-old passenger were transported to Strong Hospital to be checked out.
