The goal is to help displace women and children in Haiti and South Sudan. On Tuesday, Sister Marilyn Lacey spoke with students at Our Lady of Mercy about the struggles others face overseas.

In Haiti, many are still trying to rebuild years later after the earthquake damaged most of the region.

Lacey is the Director of Mercy Beyond Borders. School leaders say this will help students to learn about the needs of others.
