Model Matzah Bakery at the JCC opens

Celebrating an annual tradition and inviting the public to join in! Today, the Model Matzah Bakery at the Jewish Community Center opens.

As the Jewish community prepares for the upcoming Passover holiday. This is the 32nd year of the JCC's Model Matzah Bakery. It's open to the public starting Saturday, March 23 while dozens of groups from schools and other organizations will start visiting today.     

Visitors have a chance to bake their own matzah and learn the traditions behind the process.

All the food is prepared with just flour and water in keeping with the Passover tradition.
