It’s a multi-million dollar project to redevelop a part of the shore on Canandaigua Lake.

Our news partners at the Messenger Post say talks about the North Shore site plan will continue Thursday.

The $116-million proposal spans 21 acres on the north end of Canandaigua Lake. The developer's final site plan for the first of five building phases is awaiting City Council approval. It involves building a mix of retail stores and apartments on the western end of Lakeshore Drive.

Tonight's meeting is at 7 p.m.
