If you haven't signed up for health insurance yet under the Affordable Care Act, March 31 is the deadline. Right now, more than five million Americans have enrolled.
If you don’t have health insurance and don’t sign up by next week, you will have to pay $95 dollars a person this year. That penalty will go up each year following.
If you need help signing up, you can get assistance before the deadline. Volunteers will be on hand Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at three locations in Rochester, the South Avenue and Edgerton Community Centers, along with the Central Library.
