Sports commentator Bob Matthew has covered the Buffalo Bills for decades. He says it has been a hard week for Bills fans. First, news that Bills Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly’s jaw cancer had spread and now Wilson’s death.

News10NBC talked with Matthews about Wilson’s legacy in Buffalo.

Matthews said, “Starting the team, but more importantly, keeping it in buffalo. He always respected for as long as he lived and he fulfilled that today.”

Leo Roth, sports columnist for the Democrat and Chronicle joined News10NBC on our 11:00pm newscast, to talk about the future of the Buffalo Bills, now that Wilson has passed.
