Three men are facing charges after police say they made homemade explosives at their apartment complex in Seneca Falls.

Police say 19-year-old Steven M. Gaudu, 27-year-old Charles VonRapacki and 22-year-old Bradley E. Zettlemoyer, all of Seneca Falls, made homemade explosive devices from household materials and chemicals. The devices were found in February on the grounds of Lakeview Heights, where the three lived.

The three are charged with reckless endangerment. They were arraigned and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 3.
