School bus driver accused of driving drunk indicted by grand jury

A school bus driver accused of driving drunk and crashing at a gas station has been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury.

Amini Kellum has been indicted on DWI charges.

Security video was released last summer from the Gulf Gas Station at the corner of Mount Read Boulevard and Jay Street. Police say that’s where they arrested Kellum after she pulled into the station and hit a railing, which protects the gas pumps.

She said she was not drunk, but had been drinking the night before.
