Parents will learn how to eat healthy and still stay within their budget during a tour of the Tops on 285 Upper Falls Boulevard Friday. The tours begin at 10 a.m. and run through noon.

Parents with children between the ages of 4 and 10 will tour four food stations, where experts will guide them through reading nutrition labels and identifying whole grains. Parents will even learn valuable tips about buying various forms of fruits and vegetables.

Interested parents must pre-register for the tour at beahealthyhero.org.
