Greece Athena High School unveils exhibit in recognition of World Autism Day

Today is World Autism Awareness Day. Millions live with the disorder and chances are autism has touched your life in some way.

World Autism Awareness Day was started by the United Nations to recognize how autism impacts our lives and to help find ways to help people on the spectrum lead meaningful lives.

On Wednesday, an exhibit at Greece Athena High School was unveiled in recognition of World Autism Day. Teachers say the display was really a team effort with students.

On Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., the Central Library will be lit in blue in honor of World Autism Day.
