Police ID man thrown from car in Route 104 crash

State Police have identified the man who was injured in an early morning crash on Route 104 in Irondequoit. It happened just after midnight Monday.

Police say 22-year-old Tolga Turman of Rochester was thrown from his vehicle after he hit a guardrail near North Goodman Street. Investigators say Turman was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Turman is charged with driving while intoxicated and issued traffic tickets. He is due in court on April 23.
