What does the future hold for Monroe County?

That's what we are hoping to find out during Wednesday's State of the County address, beginning at 7 p.m. at The Strong National Museum of Play.

County Executive Maggie Brooks could discuss her recent opposition to Governor Cuomo's proposed property tax freeze. Many are wondering if Brooks will also mention anything about the county's future with local development corporations.

Last year, four men, including Brooks' husband Robert Wiesner, were arrested after they were accused of bid rigging and corruption on contracts for county projects.

We will post updates here as they available.
