A cup of coffee a day could keep liver cancer away.
Researchers say a long-term study of over 180,000 adults revealed drinking one cup of coffee a day was linked to a 29-percent lower risk of liver cancer compared to drinking six or less cups a week. And people who drank four cups of coffee a day had a 42-percent lower risk.
Experts aren't yet sure which of coffee's almost 100 active compounds may provide this protection against liver cancer.
