A public hearing is set for Tuesday night with the Early Learning Council. Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren brought the group together after Governor Andrew Cuomo proposed expanding pre-kindergarten statewide, which is now a part of our state budget. The goal is to find out what challenges and opportunities come with educating some of Rochester’s youngest population.

Tuesday’s meeting is from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall on Church Street.
