There is new information today about someone who could become the next owner of the Buffalo Bills. According to our affiliate in Buffalo, Donald Trump says he is officially interested. Until now, he has just hinted at the possibility.

We're told Trump is waiting to learn the full value of the franchise before proceeding.

At a meeting with the Erie County republican chairman Monday, Trump said he is evaluating everything before deciding whether to make an offer. It is not clear whether Trump would become the sole owner or work with an ownership group.

Trump says if he buys the Bills, he will keep them in western New York.
