Created: 04/22/2014 7:05 AM WHEC.com

It’s Earth Day and some local businesses in Rochester want to change the way you think about parks in the City.

On Gibbs Street in Rochester, four city parking spaces will be turned into a small park. Nikki Rudd was live this morning with Mark Maddalina from SWBR Architects who explains why they are transforming the parking spots and why it’s so important.
