Created: 04/22/2014 1:36 PM WHEC.com

Google is reaching out to non-profits with its Google Glass. The glass allows people to search the internet, take photos and videos, all through voice activation.

Google is now offering a challenge for non-profits across the country. The company is looking for the best proposal for how the organizations can use Google Glass. The top ideas will be rewarded with a free pair of glasses, a trip to Google for training and a $25,000 grant to get the project off the ground.
