New concussion test

There is a new tool to help your athletes recover from a concussion. It's a test that measures how patients' eyes move and doctors say it will help them pinpoint where the brain is still injured.

Patients follow a laser with their eyes and the machine reads how quickly and accurately the eye movements are. If the patient's eyes aren't moving fast enough or hitting the targets, it will help doctors develop a baseline measurement.

Doctors say it hasn't been approved to diagnose a concussion but it can help them figure out how much the patient has recovered since the injury and what the best treatment is.
