Runners hit the pavement for Flower City Half Marathon

Hundreds of people hit the pavement on Sunday morning for the Flower City Half Marathon.

The race started and finished at the war memorial, taking runners through the city to see the historic and science neighborhoods.

In addition to the half marathon there was also a 5K, a triathlon, a decathlon and kid’s races.

The event was put on by Unity Health System.
