Buffalo Police officer suspended following alleged police misconduct investigation

News10NBC has learned new information in the alleged police misconduct in Buffalo.

On Monday, we've learned that six officers were placed on leave. On Tuesday, the department suspended one of those officers without pay. 

The alleged police misconduct was caught on tape. The video shows a man, now identified as John Willett, laying on the ground, being roughly handled by police. 

The police commissioner said officials were investigating the incident which happened 10 days ago.
