The former Greece Police chief, who served prison time for covering up crimes committed by two of his officers, may soon be headed back to court.

Merritt Rahn is being sued by his own attorney. John Parrinello was Rahn’s attorney during the high profile trial. Now Parrinello claims Rahn owes him nearly $70,000 in legal fees.

Last year, Rahn and his wife declared bankruptcy, which stated the couple had debts, most in credit cards, totaling more than $460,000.
