School leaders and students met with a non-profit group with big promises for the future of East High.

The group would serve as the school's superintendent. If it's selected, it says it can deliver 100 percent graduation rates. That option is called an EPO, but is it too good to be true?

Adam Urbanski, Rochester Teachers’ Union, said, “You know what they say when something is too good to be true. Maybe you should take a second look at it and I think the best way to make a decision is to make a selection among multiple applicants.”

Other options for the district include converting it to a charter school, allowing SUNY to take it over or closing it down all together.
