A Wayne County dad was arrested after his three-year-old son was found on the roof of their two-story home.

Sheriff’s Deputies say 37-year-old Thomas Rouland of Sodus has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal contempt in the second degree after neighbors spotted the toddler on the roof and guided him to safety.

Deputies say this isn’t the first time that Rouland has been arrested on similar charges. Back in April, Deputies say that same child was found walking along Maple Avenue, near State Route 104, in the village of Sodus.
