Bath man faces charges after stealing equipment for scrap metal

A Bath man is facing grand larceny charges after State Police say he stole farm equipment and then sold it for scrap metal.

Investigators say 29-year-old Noel Campbell is facing additional charges for collecting more than $2,000 in food stamps while failing to report earnings from several previous scrap metal sales.
