Two men were injured, one seriously, following a head-on crash in the town of Henrietta Saturday night.

Deputies say 91-year-old George Stanzione, of Henrietta, was driving his car on Erie Station Road near Countess Drive around 9:15 p.m. Saturday night. That's when deputies say he went over the double line and struck another vehicle, traveling in the opposite direction, driven by 27-year-old Ryan Jasak, of Scottsville.

Both drivers had to be removed from their vehicles by firefighters, according to deputies. Investigations say Jasak suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash including a broken leg.

Stanzione suffered only minor injuries and was issued a ticket for failure to keep right. Deputies say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
