I-Team 10 update: Man accused of 1991 killing of Greece music teacher dies in prison

The man accused in the 1991 killing of a Greece music teacher has died in prison.

The state Department of Corrections confirms to News10NBC that Edward Laraby died Sunday in Wende Correctional Facility.

Laraby was charged with the murder of Stephanie Kupchynsky, an accomplished violinist and music teacher.

Prior to his death, Laraby was serving time in Wende Correctional Facility for convictions in other crimes. He suffered from Lou Gehrig's disease.
