Rochester Fire officials are asking for the public’s help to find the person responsible for a two-alarm fire that happened on Genesee Street last September.
The U.S. Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Rochester Arson Task Force released surveillance photos and video and are also offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for a Molotov Cocktail arson fire at a three-story building on Genesee Street on September 22.
At the time of the fire, firefighters say there were several residents in the building. It took them about 20 minutes to get the fire under control.
Anyone with information is asked to call 987-2100.
