Penn Yan man accused of injecting his sister with drugs expected in court

The Yates County man accused of kidnapping his sister and then injecting her with drugs is expected in court today.

Paul West of Penn Yan will face a judge in Greece Town Court at 1:30 p.m. He's charged with assault, unlawful imprisonment and felony criminal injection of a narcotic.

Police say West forced his sister at knife-point to drive him to Greece to buy drugs. He's accused of then injecting her with heroin and leaving her in a parking lot after she became unconscious.
