Police have charged two young people in connection with a cell phone theft in downtown Rochester.

You may remember the surveillance video Rochester Police released back in March. Investigators say the two suspects approached a person on Main Street near the Sibley Building and stole the victim’s cell phone.

Police have charged 16-year-old Jhazel Gray of Rochester and a juvenile with second-degree robbery and fourth-degree grand larceny in connection with the incident.
