Psychiatrist accused of burying body in backyard expected in court

What's next for a local psychiatrist accused of burying a body of a missing man? Doctor William Lewek is scheduled to be back in court at 9:30 a.m.

Earlier this month he was denied entrance into a special drug program. If he's convicted, that program would have reduced his sentence.

Lewek is charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

He is not charged in the death of Matthew Straton whose body was found in January partially buried in Lewek's Park Avenue area backyard.
