Two people are facing charges after Webster Police say they stole credit cards from a gym and then tried to use them at an electronics store.

Webster Police have charged 21-year-old Selena Farruggia of Webster and 34-year-old Ted Casler of Ontario with felony criminal possession of stolen property.

On Tuesday, investigators say they received a call from Radio Shack in Webster saying two people were trying to use stolen credit cards. Officers arrived at the store and were able to detain Farruggia and Casler. Police say earlier in the day, Farruggia went to Gold’s Gym in Webster and took two wallets from unlocked lockers and then left in a vehicle driven by Casler.

Police say both are facing additional charges for similar incidents throughout Monroe, Wayne and Ontario Counties.
