Puppies displaced by Penn Yan flooding looking for new home

The heavy rain last month caused flooding and a lot of damage around our region, especially in the Penn Yan area, but home and business owners weren’t the only ones affected.

Many pets were also left homeless because of the devastation.

Tifini Mills from Second Chance Dog Adoption has been helping some of those animals find new homes.
