Deputies: Farmington man threatened father with a pitchfork

A man is accused of threatening his father with a pitchfork at Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack.

Deputies say 21-year-old Jovan Pinnock of Farmington started attacked his father, punched him and then grabbed a pitchfork. A witness took the pitchfork away then investigator say Pinnock grabbed a metal bar and continued the threats.

He is charged with third-degree assault and second-degree menacing. We're told the father is expected to be okay.
