Geneva man charged following investigation into drug sales

A man is facing charges following a six-week investigation into the sale of heroin and crack cocaine from a home on Seneca Street in Geneva.

Police have charged 38-year-old David Robinson with one count of criminal nuisance. According to police, Robinson lived at the Seneca Street home and allowed drugs to be sold from there. Investigators say there are several other felonies pending against Robinson related to the sale of crack cocaine and other individuals could be facing charges as well.

Robinson is being held in the Ontario County Jail without bail due to prior felony convictions.
