A Henrietta man, who was convicted of producing, distributing and possessing child pornography, was sentenced Monday.

Bradley W. Pattee, 57, of Henrietta, was sentenced to 47 years in prison. Pattee was convicted on 13 counts of producing, distributing and possessing child pornography.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Marisa J. Miller said Pattee came to the attention of law enforcement in December 2011 during an undercover investigation of the online trading of child pornography. Investigators seized numerous items belonging to Pattee, including computers and hard drives. They discovered that Pattee had also produced child pornography by taking pictures of a child under the age of 18 engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
